Clean up couple of additional resources created during install

Write secrets hub config to file. Removed tokens.sh and rolled it to vault.sh

Delete common.env

Consolidate aws env vars into common.env. Add common.env.example

Updates to remove route53 true/false flag and other optimizations. Always create Route53 config now.
