Missed a few exa references

Change exa to eza and make jenv in .zshrc point to latest

Remove oh-my-zsh, old aliases; fix sdkman, jenv and nanorc

Updating latest little tweaks

Add some aliases for new rust tools and migrate to Todoist aliases rather than taskwarrior
