removing unfinished comments

adding the visitor pattern example. Adding more comments on the main class. TODO: update the readme to include 'why' we may want multiple dispatch in certain cases.

Cleanup, removing an unnecessary dynamic keyword in the wrong domain classes. Using Static.Console for added terseness.

todo: finish up the visitor pattern as an example - changing name of the class and adding a little better commenting to clarify how the dispatching works in C#.
