fix bug - remove query strings from downloaded files, used to name files with querystrings accidentally

fixes bug where div anchors were counted as links

build failing, but not sure why..

accidentally made gem 1.4 instead of 1.3.1; oh well! fixing readme

upgrade to 1.4.0, bug fixes
