Reduced file sizes of images (they doesn't have to be full uuid length!). Improved server ability to delete individual images.

Big improvement to image visibility in library and input pages, including full size 'master image' which is the full-sized version of the image currently being moused over

Important Update: Fixed bug that ignored image height in backend-server. Fixing this has shown display issues for non-square images which has been fixed for 'landscapes' but needs work for 'portraits'. This now applies to input images which are resized to output image size whether square or rectangular.
