Version bump to 2.0.15

Implemented that editor-state-changed-callback:// has explicitly to be enabled as most applications like browsers cannot handle this

Made callback object more general than just calling it javafx

Fixed that font names can have illegal CSS characters (like ' in Noto sans N'Ko)
