Bug fix for ga00aa with lsode

Bug fixes for using pp00aa, including changing the lsodar call to lsode since the root finder was not adding any discernible benefit and slowed down calculations. Also added new input variables and functionality so that ga00aa, ho00aa, and tr00aa can be used at different phi positions. Also cleaning up some semi-colons and removing variable initializations.
