remove erroneous import

A sample app for communicating with MS Azure IoT Hub using MQTT directly.

Fix app_logging when used on OS X. Changed platformm check from'Darwin' to 'darwin'. Otherwise an exception will occur on OS X.

Update README.md for the new ibr1700_gnss sample app.

Add ibr1700_gnss sample app that accesses the gyroscope and accelerometer on the IBR 1700.
