Add --spcertfile option and --spkefile option.

Add skipsp option, to ignore SPs which do not provide certificates properly.

Remove `altname' attribute from `certificate' object, in order to resolve openssl version problem.

Remove specified SPs before updating their information, to suppress misleading warnings.

Update comments.
