Added the ability for the inactivity event to trigger when the user returns after being gone a certain amount of time as well as soon as the user has been gone for a specified time.

Fixed some settings and cleaned up things.

Fixed some stuff in the Nuspec package spec.

Added Nuspec package spec.

Initial commit. Inactivity and AC Power Monitor events working.
