Convert dos_xread/dos_xwrite to pragma aux inline asm functions. Something in Open Watcom broke that causes anything with __asm and local variables to break. Something to do with accessing parameters and local vars with EBP when the function prologue did not set up the EBP stack frame at all

Fix stack misalignment caused by Open Watcom inline asm behavior change. POP AX will behave like a 16-bit POP, which following a 32-bit PUSH, leaves the stack at the wrong location and function epilogue will cause a crash
