Build with LLVM18: remove PassManager interface (use default optimization settings)

Updated Readme.

$fatal() now works. Added support for inline callbacks.

$fatal(), $finish(), $stop(), printout of MIR and IR.

$fatal() now compiles. Does not abort yet.
