Updated authenticator resource to refer to a newly documented aam_account_type string value s.t. users can easily configure their custom account type ID without having to know how AbstractAccountAuthenticator works under the hood. Updated example app to use cordova cli generated project, which includes correct usage of the android authenticator account type as documented. Fixes #8
