Fixed problem of type a tilde ("~") in swedish keyboad. To be more precise, if we set "Swedish (Sweden)” as inpput language, we can normally get a tilde by pressing "RAlt + ] " followed by anything else (even pressing "RAlt + ] " again, it will give us two tilde characters). If we want to get only one tilde character, then we follow it with a space. However, we cannot type one "~" in swedish keyboad before this commit.
