Bump version to 0.40.0

Update `-showBuildSettings` “Found no destinations for the scheme” pattern to permit more before “Found” and after “error” (due to Xcode 16 Beta 6 and beyond.) (#3381)

[Untested, May Be Reverted] Due to Xcode 16.0 beta 1 — for `xcodebuild` — have Carthage pass `SUPPORTS_MACCATALYST=NO` just before `CARTHAGE=YES`.

[Untested, May Be Reverted] No longer (under Xcode 16 and above) prefix `-showBuildSettings` with solely the `archive` action. No longer (under Xcode 16 and above) leave `OBJROOT` as stands. Deal with error ‘Found no destinations for the scheme [^\n]+ and action[…]’.

Fix: 1 typo in MachHeader.swift
