fix: tools: fixes on NixOS/Linux

[tinygl] @offihito ported tinygl, [desktop] selection rectangle got fixed

implemented kmalloc,kcalloc and kfree and radix trees(trees are incomplete yet)

renamed ipc_endpoint_t to ipc_port_t

fixed emexOS not building for now
